2. Terms of Use
● Use of the site is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
● Commercial use of any content on the site is strictly prohibited without prior written
permission.
● We do our best to present artworks as accurately and faithfully as possible, including
their color, texture, and details. However, images are for illustrative purposes only.
Slight variations in shade or material may occur due to lighting, photography, or
screen settings, and do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders and Payment
● Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. (PayPal may be added later.)
● Installment payments are available by direct contact only.
● Once the order and payment are confirmed, an invoice will be issued (not necessarily
automatically).
● The gallery reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of errors in product
details, pricing, or out-of-stock items.
4. Shipping and Pickup
● Orders within Israel will be delivered within 14 business days, unless special
requests such as framing apply.
● International shipping depends on the destination, artwork size, and packaging
requirements.
● Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement from our gallery at 15 Carlebach St.,
Tel Aviv.
● All deliveries are handled by third-party shipping companies.
Framing:
In some cases, custom framing can be arranged upon request. Please contact us regarding
specific artworks. Note that delivery time may be extended due to framing.
5. Cancellations and Returns
● Orders can be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law,
1981.
● Cancellations are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the artwork
is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
● Framed or customized artworks are not eligible for return.
● Refunds will be processed after inspection, minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100
ILS, whichever is lower.
● Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
6. Privacy and Communications
● Customer information will be stored only with explicit consent, in accordance with
Israel’s Privacy Protection Law.
● We may send newsletters and promotional emails to users who have opted in. You
may unsubscribe at any time via a link in each message.
7. Intellectual Property
● All content on this website—including images, text, logos, graphics, and design—is
protected by copyright.
● Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission from Square is
strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
● Square is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties such as
shipping companies. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving such issues
promptly and effectively.
● In any case, liability is limited to the value of the purchased artwork.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
● These terms are governed by Israeli law.
● The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv,
Israel.
10. Force Majeure
In rare and exceptional cases, such as emergency situations, pandemics, strikes,
communication disruptions, or other force majeure events beyond our control, delays or
changes in delivery may occur.
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders on time, this clause is intended to ensure
continuity of operations in unforeseen circumstances.
